How to Integrate Linnworks with QuickBooks Desktop
Connect Linnworks and QuickBooks Desktop in minutes using DBSync Cloud Workflow — no coding required. Use pre-built templates to automate data sync between both platforms.
Sign Up & Log In to DBSync
Go to mydbsync.com and click Start Free to create your account. Select Cloud Workflow as your product, activate your account, and log in to the DBSync console.
Add the Linnworks–QuickBooks Desktop Template
From the Home screen, click Add Template and browse the Template Library. Select the pre-built Linnworks to QuickBooks Desktop integration template and import it into your workspace.
Connect Your Linnworks Account
Open the imported project and navigate to the connector settings. Enter your Linnworks API credentials and Application ID to authorize DBSync access to your Linnworks account.
Connect Your QuickBooks Desktop Account
On the same connector settings page, configure the QuickBooks Desktop connector. Download the QuickBooks Web Connector file from DBSync and configure it with your QuickBooks Desktop company file path.
Configure Mappings & Setup Variables
Review and customize pre-built field mappings in the Setup Wizard — such as Linnworks Orders to QuickBooks Desktop Invoices, Customers to Customers, and Products to Items.
Run, Test & Schedule Your Integration
Click Run Now from the Task Screen to execute your first sync. For QuickBooks Desktop, initiate the sync via the QuickBooks Web Connector. Then navigate to the Schedule tab to automate recurring syncs at your preferred interval - Run sync every 5, 10, or 15 minutes, hourly, daily, or at a custom interval.
